Place your order online. You’ll receive our shipping address and detailed instructions by email. (We only accept flowers with a valid order number to ensure safe, accurate processing.)

- Follow our packing video to prepare your shipping supplies
- Use a small-to-medium sturdy box (shoebox or up to 14x14x10”)
- Remove extra stems and wrap each bloom in dry paper towels -no water, wet napkins, or plastic bags.
- Fill the box snugly so flowers don’t shift in transit.
- Clearly write your name, order number, and phone number on or inside the box.

- FedEx Priority Overnight (recommended): Reliable, fast, and trackable.
- UPS Overnight: Also a good option for express delivery.
- USPS Express: Use only if FedEx/UPS aren’t available. Note that USPS has had more lost packages in 2025.

Shipping Protection is an optional service you can purchase to fully insure your outgoing keepsake shipment. If your preserved piece is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we’ll remake it at no cost to you, guaranteeing your memories are protected.
Without Shipping Protection:
- Standard carrier insurance covers only $100.
- If damage occurs, we’ll file a claim for $100, which can be applied to remake costs or refunded to you.
- We are not responsible for carrier damages or losses if Shipping Protection is not purchased.
- Full coverage for the total purchase price.
- We handle claims, remakes, and delivery of your replacement piece.
