Event Less Than 2 Weeks Ago
Fresh Flowers
Fresh and Ready to Go: If your flowers are fresh (less than 3 days old), there are no restrictions on the types of items you can purchase.
Next Steps: After completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions and a packing video to ensure your flowers are sent safely and arrive in perfect condition.

Air-Dried or Hung Upside Down
Whole Dried Flowers
Recommended Products: For fully dried flowers, we suggest purchasing 3D items only. Unfortunately, pressed flower products cannot be created from whole dried flowers due to their brittleness.

Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Once your piece is completed, we will notify you that it is ready for pickup or shipment. If your finished piece remains unclaimed with us for more than 3 months after completion, we reserve the right to either dispose of the piece or charge a monthly storage fee. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking any action. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and arrange pickup or shipping promptly to avoid any fees or disposal of your keepsake.
