Production Timelines

Our current production time is 3–4 months from the time we receive your flowers. This timeline reflects the extensive processes of drying, preservation, and resin casting. Delays may occur due to high demand or customizations, but we will always keep you informed.

Natural Changes to Flowers

Flowers go through an extensive drying process, which causes:

• Changes in color, as dried flowers may lose vibrancy or take on deeper, muted tones.
• Changes in size and texture, as natural shrinkage occurs during preservation.

Please note: Dried flowers will not look as fresh as they did initially. These changes are normal and part of the preservation process. They do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Resin Characteristics

Resin is a beautiful and versatile material, but it comes with natural imperfections, including:

• Small bubbles: Oxygen naturally rises to the surface of the resin as flowers are cast. While we work to minimize this with controlled humidity, heat, and monitoring, minor bubbles are unavoidable.
• UV and heat exposure: Over time, slight yellowing may occur, which is inherent to all resin products.

These qualities are part of the resin art process and do not qualify as defects.

Shipping Notices

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring flowers are properly packaged. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided.
• We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment.
• Any dried or leftover flowers will not be returned with your completed order.
