Please order before you ship. A box that arrives without an order has to be set aside until we can match it, and fresh flowers can't wait.
Write your name, order number and phone number on a note. Tape it to the outside of the box, or lay it inside on top of the flowers.
It's how we match the flowers to your order the day they arrive and reach you if we have a question. Your order number is in your confirmation email.
Wrap the blooms in dry paper towels (no water or plastic) and pack them snugly in a small, sturdy box. Ship FedEx Priority or UPS Overnight, or add our prepaid overnight label for FedEx ($140, free with packages of $1,000 or more) and we'll email it to you.

Some of the most meaningful pieces we make hold no flowers at all. We've preserved a grandmother's heirloom sewing kit, motorcycle parts, dress fabric, photos and jewelry in clear resin.
Like a time capsule, it keeps the things that were theirs together, where you can see them every day. Every piece like this is custom and takes about 5 months, the same as our flower pieces.

Within about 5 days of the service. The sooner drying starts, the better the flowers keep their color and shape. Until you ship, trim about an inch off the stems, keep them in cool water with flower food, and leave them in an air-conditioned room away from windows. Never leave them in a parked car.

Roses, lilies, orchids, carnations, chrysanthemums and most other sympathy flowers, along with their greenery. Choose the freshest blooms from the arrangement that means the most to you, often the casket spray, and keep the ribbon and card too.
Dried flowers soften in color, and in resin some petals turn slightly translucent, especially orchids and tropical flowers. That's normal, not a defect. If the arrangement has orchids or tropical flowers, we recommend color correction, which brings back a truer look. It's $150 and adds 2 to 4 weeks. You can see examples in our color correction gallery.
Pressed flowers are dried flat for frames, trays and wall art. Whole flower preservation keeps each bloom's full shape, for blocks and standing crosses. The method is set before drying begins and can't be changed later, because the flowers are dried differently for each.
About 5 months from the day your flowers arrive, and color correction or other add-on services add time. Drying takes 8 to 12 weeks, then we send your design for approval, and approving it quickly keeps things on schedule. Need it sooner, for an anniversary or a holiday? Our rush service finishes in about 3 months for $350.
Yes. Order first, then bring them to our studio at 2820 NE 4th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33064. We're open Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
Yes. Flowers from a pet's memorial, their photo or a small charm can all go into an ornament, a frame or a block.
Display it indoors, out of direct sun and away from heat. All resin warms in tone over the years, and sunlight and heat speed that up. Our resin carries a high level of UV inhibitor, so a piece kept indoors and out of direct light holds its clarity for years. Wipe it with a soft microfiber cloth.
