We’ve been wanting to offer this for a long time.

One wedding bouquet can become so much more than a single keepsake, and we wanted to make it easier for our couples to see all of the possibilities without having to build everything from scratch.

That’s why we created our preservation packages.

Each package combines some of the pieces our couples choose most often, giving you a collection of keepsakes made from the same wedding flowers. We’ve also built in extras like free shipping or discounted local pickup, depending on the package.

And you’re not locked into anything. You can add pieces, remove pieces, change quantities, or skip the packages altogether and build your own collection.

Here’s a look at what we created and how to choose the package that makes the most sense for you.

Why We Created Preservation Packages

Since 2020, we’ve preserved more than 20,000 wedding bouquets.

Over the years, we started noticing something: couples tend to come back to the same combinations of pieces. A tray and coasters. A wall piece and a smaller keepsake. Something beautiful for the home and something they can actually use every day.

So instead of asking you to scroll through our entire catalog and figure it all out yourself, we took the combinations we see couples choosing again and again and turned them into four packages.

We often tell our couples that a little bouquet can go a long way.

You might look at your bouquet and think, “How could all of this possibly fit into multiple pieces?”

It can.

The same flowers can become a serving tray, coasters, a wall frame, an ornament, a keychain, and more. The packages are simply an easy way to see how much you can create from one bouquet.

Meet the Four Preservation Packages

The Necessities

We created four collections at different levels, depending on how much of your bouquet you want to preserve and how you want to enjoy it. The Necessities package pairs a 12x8 pressed flower serving tray with a set of round pressed flower coasters, a pressed flower ornament, and a letter keychain. It is a beautiful first collection and our most approachable starting point.

The Everyday

For the table, the home and daily use, the Everyday package brings together a functional raised-edge 12x16 serving tray with set of 2 square coasters for daily use, plus a ring holder for bedside and a round necklace pendant.

The Story

Our most chosen combination. The Story package centers on a full 7x7 bouquet block of whole blooms suspended in resin, our best selling 10x10 floating frame, and our most popular serving set to go alongside them. It is the package that shows off both the whole flower and pressed sides of what we do.

The Legacy

Everything one bouquet is capable of becoming. The Legacy is our showpiece collection: our largest 18x18 floating frame, the personalized wedding book block, and a 9 inch letter block filled with your own flowers, rounded out with a geode tray and coasters. All of it from the same bouquet.

The extras are already included

When you’re planning a wedding, the last thing we want is for flower preservation to become one more complicated thing on your list.

That’s why we’ve included some of the logistics in the packages, too.

Depending on your package, you may receive a free prepaid shipping label, so getting your bouquet to us doesn’t cost you anything.

If you’re getting married here in South Florida, you may also qualify for a discount on our same-night local pickup. Instead of figuring out how to get your bouquet to us after the wedding, our Wild Coast Flower Car can pick it up that night.

And once your preservation is finished, shipping your completed pieces is free anywhere in all 50 states.

We also keep you involved throughout the process.

Your flowers are dried in silica, and once they're ready, we create your designs and send you photographs for approval. Nothing is cast in resin until you approve the design.

Flexible by design

A package is a starting point, never a locked box. On the packages page you can add or remove quantities of any piece, or take something down to zero to drop it entirely, and your total updates as you go. Want a personalized name or date on your frame, book block, or ornament? There is a spot to type it right on the page.

And if none of the four is quite right, you do not have to use a package at all. You can shop our full catalog and build the cart of your dreams piece by piece. Packages are there to make it easy, not to limit you.

Plan ahead, even before the wedding

The single best thing you can do for your preservation is plan for it in advance. Fresh flowers have a short window, so reserving early means your bouquet goes straight into drying the moment it arrives. Use our Save the Date to hold your spot in our production calendar before the wedding even happens.

Preservation also makes a wonderful gift. You can add our preservation gift card to your wedding registry, or set up a cash fund toward your bouquet preservation, so the people who love you can help turn your flowers into something you will keep forever. How it works

1. Place Your Order. Shop our packages or build your cart. 
2. Get your bouquet to us. Use our flat rate label, book our South Florida pickup, or ship it yourself.
3. We dry and design. Your flowers dry, then we send designs for you to approve before anything is cast. 
4. We cast and ship. Your pieces are hand cast in UV resistant, food safe resin and shipped free. Typical turnaround is 4 to 5 months.
