How it works

Step 03We dry your flowers in silica for 8 to 12 weeks, then send you designs to approve before anything is cast.
Step 04Your pieces are hand cast in UV resistant, food safe resin and shipped free. Typical turnaround is 4 to 5 months.

Common questions

The questions couples ask us most.

What if I want something that is not in a package?

Every package is a starting point. Use the plus and minus buttons to change quantities, or take a piece down to zero to drop it. To add something else, use the Add more pieces button under the last item and your package moves to your cart while you browse.

Can I put names or a date on my pieces?

Yes. Anywhere you see a Type your text box, whatever you type is sent to our design team with your order. On the ornament it is included. On the trays, the frames and the book block it is an optional add-on and the price updates as soon as you type.

How fresh do my flowers need to be?

Fresh bouquets should reach our studio within about five days of your wedding. Overnight shipping is the safest way to do it, and our packing video walks you through it in a couple of minutes.

My bouquet is already dried, or it is artificial. Can you still use it?

Yes, but not for pressed pieces. Pressing needs fresh flowers that we dry flat ourselves. Air dried and artificial bouquets go into whole flower pieces instead, like bouquet blocks, letter blocks and frames. See our whole flower options, or send us a photo and we will tell you exactly what your flowers can become.

When does my shipping label become free?

When you build a package here and your preserved pieces total $1,000 or more. The label itself, the pickup service and shipping protection do not count toward that total, only the keepsakes do. The same $1,000 in pieces takes $70 off our South Florida pickup.

Can I reserve before my wedding?

Yes, and we recommend it. Reserving in advance holds your spot in our production calendar and means your bouquet goes straight into drying the moment it arrives.

What if my flowers change color in the resin?

Petals often go slightly translucent once cast. It is normal, and most noticeable in orchids and tropicals. We offer color correction as an add-on and show real before and after examples in our color correction gallery.

Do I get to approve the design first?

Always. We send you photographs of the proposed layout and nothing is cast in resin until you say yes.
