Yes. Every package is a starting point. Use the plus and minus buttons to change quantities, or take a piece down to zero to drop it. To add something else, use the Add more pieces button under the last item, and your package moves to your cart while you choose more keepsakes.

Yes. Type the names in the Names box, one per ornament, separated by commas, and we'll put one name on each. You'll see every design before anything is cast.

Yes. Photos, programs, prayer cards and notes can be set in beside the flowers, and handwritten notes are laminated first at no extra charge. List what you'd like included in your order notes, and you'll see exactly where it goes in your design before anything is cast.

When the keepsakes in your package total $1,000 or more. The Photo Frame Collection and The Cross Collection qualify as they are. The label itself doesn't count toward the total.

Within about 5 days of the service. The sooner drying starts, the better the flowers keep their color and shape. Until you ship, trim about an inch off the stems, keep them in cool water with flower food, and leave them in an air-conditioned room away from windows. Never leave them in a parked car.

Yes. Place your order first, then forward the funeral home your confirmation email, which has our address and packing steps. Make sure a note with your name, order number and phone number goes in or on the box, and ask them to ship it overnight.

Dried flowers soften in color, and in resin some petals turn slightly translucent, especially orchids and tropical flowers. That's normal, not a defect. If the arrangement has orchids or tropical flowers, we recommend color correction, which brings back a truer look. It's $150 and adds 2 to 4 weeks. If you cancel before your flowers arrive at our studio, we refund 90% of what you paid. Once we start working on your flowers, the refund steps down at each stage, as laid out in our refund policy. To cancel, email us with your order number.
