What is Shipping Protection?

Ensure your beautifully preserved keepsakes arrive safely and in perfect condition after months of expert craftsmanship. If they don't, we'll replace them at no cost to you – guaranteeing your irreplaceable memories reach you exactly as intended.

Damaged or Broken Pieces

If your preserved pieces arrive damaged, cracked, or broken during transit, we'll immediately work to create the insurance claim needed and set up the repair necessary for your pieces.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If your preserved pieces are lost or stolen during shipping, we'll handle all the replacement processes and ensure your irreplaceable keepsakes are recreated and delivered exactly as you envisioned.

Coverage Requirements

• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery • Original packaging must be retained for inspection if requested • Valid tracking number required for lost shipment claims
• Coverage includes transit phase from our facility through final delivery • Photos of damaged items required for replacement processing

Our Current Production Time is 3 - 5 months to produce from the time we receive your flowers.
Your flowers will go through an extensive drying process that will cause them to change and lose some color. They are no longer fresh when dried, and will not look as fresh as they did when they were initially pressed. This is normal and does not constitute a refund.
All items will have some degree of bubbles because the chemical reaction in laying flowers in resin will cause oxygen to rise to the surface over 24- 48 hours. We do our very best to mitigate with balanced humidity levels, heat, and monitoring. Bubbles are common with all resin casting and among ALL artists and do not constitute a refund.
