How Much Does Wedding Bouquet Preservation Cost? Real Prices by Piece
Wedding bouquet preservation at Wild Coast starts at $70 for a set of two pressed flower coasters and $95 for a personalized ornament, and since one bouquet usually becomes several pieces, our four ready-made packages make shopping easier running $540, $846, $1,230 and $2,500. A single 12x8 serving tray starts at $220, a 10x10 floating frame at $330, and a 7x7 bouquet block at $450. Below you will find real, current prices by piece, the add-ons worth knowing about, and what actually moves the number up or down.

Prices by piece
Every price below is a starting price for the base version of the piece. Handles, text, inlaid invitations and wood bases add to it, and each product page shows the exact total as you choose options.
Serving trays
- 12x8 Pressed Flower Serving Tray: from $220 ($245 with gold handles). This is the piece that built our studio and still one of our most ordered.
- 14x9 Pressed Flower Geode Tray: trendy and decorative from $260
- 18x10 Pressed Flower Serving Tray: from $400, the longer version of the 12x8 tray
- 12x16 Serving Tray with Raised Edge: from $525, best for serving food
- Ottoman trays (round or hexagon): from $788
One detail couples appreciate: we install tray handles through drilled holes instead of setting them in resin, so they are durable and can be replaced if one ever gets damaged.

Another detail to appreciate: our trays are incredibly thin and lightweight. This is because we use only pressed flowers and a 1/4-inch-thick pour of resin to achieve a product that can be used daily in a modern household. The same goes for our coasters, wall decor, jewelry and accessories. All use pressed flower preservation.

Add-ons and services
- Getting your bouquet to us: a prepaid overnight shipping label is $140 Monday to Thursday or $160 on Friday. You can also ship it yourself with UPS or FedEx and tracking, and local same-night pickup is available and priced by area.
- Color Correction: $150. Petals often turn slightly translucent once cast in resin. That is normal, and it is most noticeable in orchids and tropical flowers. Color correction is the add-on that brings back lost color. See real before and after examples in our color correction gallery.
- Bouquet Recreation or Replacement: from $150, for blooms that arrive damaged or could not be saved.
- Personalization: names, dates and inlaid invitations are options on most pieces, and the product page shows the added cost as you choose. The standalone personalization add-on is $75.
- Save the Date reservation: a $50 deposit holds your spot and is applied to your final order. It is non-refundable.
- Rush Production Service: $350 for an expedited timeline.
What drives the cost
Size and resin volume. Bigger pieces use more resin and more sanding time. Every piece goes through a 9-step sanding sequence to a 2000-grit mirror finish, and a large frame has far more surface to finish than a coaster.
Whole flower vs. pressed. Whole flower pieces like bouquet blocks hold full blooms in a deep pour, so they start higher than flat pressed pieces like trays and coasters. You choose the method up front and it cannot change later, because we dry flowers differently for each one.
How many pieces you order. We only preserve enough blooms for the pieces you order plus a few extras, so it pays to plan your full order at the start rather than adding later.
Finishes and personalization. Metal handles, gold flake, wood bases, lighted bases, text and inlaid invitations each add to the base price.
Your flowers. Tropical bouquets and orchids benefit most from color correction, and blooms that arrive damaged may need replacement flowers.
What is included in every order
Every order is handmade by our team of 15 artisans in our 8,000 square foot Pompano Beach studio, where we have preserved more than 20,000 bouquets since 2020. Your flowers are dried in silica gel, and you approve your design before anything is cast, with up to 2 complimentary revisions. Pieces are cast in UV-resistant, food-safe epoxy resin. Plan on about 4 to 5 months from the day your bouquet arrives to the day your pieces ship. Flexible payment options, including PayPal Pay in 4, are available at checkout, and gift cards make preservation easy to add to a wedding registry.
