Tropical Bouquet Transformation: From Wedding Day to Forever Keepsakes
Andrea reached out to us the morning after her wedding, and we turned her tropical blooms into a full collection of functional keepsakes like flower photo frames, name block, bookends and jewelry box. From shipping support, design mockups with multiple revisions and final reveal photos, come behind the scenes for a true start-to-finish transformation.

Our production follows 5 key stages. Let's follow Andrea on her preservation journey.
The “Help!” Message
The morning after her wedding, Andrea reached out with urgency: she had just purchased two flower photo frames and wanted to make sure she shipped her flowers correctly. We quickly responded with our packing and shipping video, along with clear instructions (no water, no plastic bags, ship overnight when possible, and avoid weekend delays).

Stage 1: Arrival + Drying

Stage 2: Designs, Revisions & Additions
Andrea was all-in from the beginning. When we sent her first mockups, she approved quickly and asked smart questions about timing and the additional pieces she wanted to add. This is where Andrea’s project really shows what “custom” means. We made multiple revisions until she was comfortable with all designs going forward to resin.
She ended up expanding her order to include:
- 5” bookends
- A personalized mantle block with: “The Denhards”
- An 8x10 photo frame for the wall

After design approval, her pieces entered the resin stage (we sent an update the day we laid them in resin). At resin stage, we do not send photos, but we give you a clearer idea of the timeline moving forward. Resin stage is our half-way mark to completion!

When we sent the final reveal photos, Andrea’s reaction said it all: she was emotional, excited, and ready to decorate her home with her bouquet every day. The total timeline was 5 months from start to finish.

Andrea’s bouquet wasn’t just flowers, it was family love and intention. She shared that the wedding details were created by their moms, and several keepsakes were gifts for family members. That’s exactly what preservation is about: turning one day into something you can hold onto.
